Office development is primarily clustered on the South and West sides of the Mall. A multi-phased office park sits on the South side of the Mall, which is home to companies such as Hilton Grand Vacation Club and Celebrity Resorts. Several large office buildings sit on the West side of I-4, along Vineland Road. On the North end of Millenia Blvd. sits a 63,000 square foot office condominium. This office condo sits across from the big box retailers mentioned above within the Millenia Plaza retail development. A DeVry University building is also located in the same general area, along with The Olive Garden, Mimi’s Café, and TGI Fridays.
The Orlando metro area continues to be one of the leaders in National growth. Commercial development is expected to continue expanding due to ongoing job growth, increasing population, strong residential construction and expanding tourism.
